The home page opens on a film of a glass and stone villa by its pool in the last hour of sun, and the house in the film is for sale: a card pinned to it shows the price and opens the listing. Below it, a search bar counts the matching homes before you press it.

Which format do I get?

All of them. One purchase includes every format of the template, and you pick the one you want to download, now or any time later. Formats still in production arrive as free updates. Each format is a full build of the same design: a remix link for Framer and Webflow, source files for Astro, a block theme for WordPress, plain HTML, or a prompt pack to rebuild it with an AI coding tool. Full Access covers every template.

Can I use Amberlea for a client?

Yes. The personal licence covers one end product, which can be a client's site. For several sites or a team, see the team licence or Full Access.

What is a Fast launch?

You fill a short brand profile once and we generate your copy for every page, plus a pitch deck, launch kit, emails and a brand sheet, then deliver the template with your copy applied. Fast launches use AI credits, sold separately from templates and Full Access.

Do I get updates?

Yes, for life. Fixes and new pages are free and arrive in the same download link.

What happens to the copy I tried?

If you continue to checkout, it travels with your order so your download can start from it. We do not keep what you type in the preview.

Amberlea, real Estate Agency Website Template

It follows the funnel that sells homes: search above the fold, proof in numbers, new listings, the neighbourhoods on a drawn coast map, how the agency sells, a quick valuation, the agents, a seller's words and the journal. Every tool runs in the browser with no keys: listing filters for place, type, price, bedrooms and features that update the grid, the map pins and the address bar at once; a listing page with a photo lightbox, a drawn floor plan you can explore room by room, a mortgage calculator with a live amortisation chart and viewing booking that hands back a calendar file; and a valuation estimator that shows its working and the three closest recent sales.

There are 23 pages: three home pages, homes for sale, a listing, buying, selling with valuation, neighbourhoods and a guide, agents and a profile, journal and an article, about, contact, saved homes with a side-by-side table, legal, start here, style guide, licences, changelog, 404 and the template preview. It is set in Bodoni Moda and Schibsted Grotesk, in Sanzo Wada combination 343 (Burnt Sienna, Ivory Buff, Deep Grayish Olive and Vandar Poel's Blue), with light and dark mode. Homes, places, sales and agents live in one data file.
