How do I get my files?
Right after checkout you get an email with your download or remix link. You can download again any time from My Orders.
Which format should I buy?
The platform you will run the site on. Framer and Webflow are visual editors with hosting; Astro and HTML are code you host anywhere; WordPress is a block theme. Our blog has a longer guide.
Can I use a template for a client?
Yes. The personal licence covers one end product, which can be a client's site. The licences page explains team use and Full Access.
Do I get updates?
Yes, for life. When we fix something or add pages, the same link downloads the new version.
What does the brand preview do with what I type?
It sends your company name and description to Claude, Anthropic's model, to write the preview copy. We do not store it. Counters that limit how many previews one visitor can run are kept for a day and contain no text you typed.
What is a Fast launch?
A brand profile in, a personalised pack out: your copy on every page, a pitch deck, a launch kit, emails and a brand sheet. Every template includes one; Full Access includes five.
Can I get a refund?
Within 14 days, if nothing has been downloaded or used yet. See the refund policy.
Do I need to credit Frontier?
No. A credit is welcome but never required.
Who issues invoices and handles tax?
Lemon Squeezy is our merchant of record. It charges the right sales tax or VAT and issues your invoice.
