# Downloads and updates

> Everything you buy stays yours: download any format again, any time, and get every fix, new page and new format for free.

## Your files

1. **Check your receipt email** Right after checkout you get an email with your download or remix link, and your licence key.

2. **Lost it? Use My Orders** Sign in to [My Orders](https://app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders) with the email you bought with to download again or get an invoice.

3. **Still nothing?** Write to hello@frontiertemplates.com with your order number.

## One purchase, every format

Each format is its own download, named after the template and format (for example `Meetly-Astro.zip`). Framer comes as a remix link and the prompt pack as a prompt with your key ([get it here](https://frontiertemplates.com/prompt)). Download one now and another whenever you like.

## Your licence key

- It's in your receipt email and in My Orders.
- It unlocks your [prompt](https://frontiertemplates.com/docs/prompt-pack) and the files your agent fetches with it. Treat it like a password.
- A refunded or disabled key stops working within minutes.

## Updates

Updates are free for the life of the product. When we fix something, add pages or ship a new format, the same download link gets the new version. Your copy doesn't change on its own: download again when you want it.
